Orders / Shipping

Please check the bottom of the product description for each item you ordered to see the production times before shipping. Because we offer a wide variety of made-to-order items from different production partners, the processing times may vary throughout your order.

If the item is not made to order, it will usually be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Please check the bottom of the product description for each item you ordered to see the shipping time estimates. Note that shipping times begin *after* each item is marked as completed by our production partners and mailed out.

Because we offer a wide variety of made-to-order items from different production partners, the shipping times may vary throughout your order.

Our production partners will send you your tracking numbers for each package after completing the manufacturing process and handing off your items to be shipped.

Depending on which items you ordered, you may be getting items from more than one of our awesome production partners. In this case, you could be receiving your order in separate packages.

We at Channel13 understand concerns about wastefulness with regards to using multiple packages per order, and have made a pledge to offset our emissions from using many shipping routes.

Help / Returns

Hey, wait a moment! If your item looks drastically different from the product picture, please contact us ASAP with photos so we can sort things out with our production partners. If your item is confirmed to be misprinted/defective, we can get you a replacement.

Please note, however, that color differences will be present due to saturation/brightness variation across screens when viewing product photos.

Please note that we can only offer store credit at the moment for returned items that do not have any defects.

We're here to make apparel for all bodies without exclusivity/limitation- so go ahead and wear what you want!

All of our Channel13-exclusive designs and graphics are either created by our in-house illustrator/designer, @cazmie, or are properly purchased / commercially licensed through designers + textile pattern artists around the world.
